At Hearth Ember Co., we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are made-to-order just for you, we've created the following policy to ensure quality while being fair to both you and our small business.

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges) The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Art prints and photography canvas prints and all print formats.

All digital products and downloads
Water bottles and drinkware
Candles and home fragrance products
Personalized or custom items
Clothing, Bags & Shoes - Exchange Only

Exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We'll send your exchange item once we receive and inspect the original
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping
Has a manufacturing defect
Is the wrong item or size
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the defect or damage
A brief description of the issue
We'll work with you to send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Conditions We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Items returned after the 14-day exchange window
